We are announcing the ability to create records using Sales agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2026.How does this affect me?Users will be able to create contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other Dynamics 365 Sales records directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. An interactive form will appear inline in the chat and use conversation context to prepopulate relevant fields.
