Platforms and services Microsoft 365 profile card What will happen Users may see an additional manager relationship in the organization panel representing a dotted-line manager. Organizations may use different labels for this relationship, such as People Lead or Capability Manager. Users can open the dotted-line manager's profile directly from the profile card to learn more about that person's role and organizational context. This is an additive update to the user interface.
