Copilot Studio users will see the following capabilities when building Copilot Chat agents: Topics for deterministic conversational flows Connected agents to delegate work Evaluations to improve agent quality Monitoring to track agent usage Native Copilot Chat preview with Activity Map to test and understand what users see Agent lifecycle management to deploy separate versions of an agent across development, test, and production environments Copilot Chat agents can provide authoritative answers, such as standardized responses to HR questions or content that follow brand guidelines and legal requirements.
