The Admin app for very small businesses in Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft365.com will retire by October 2026, with rollout starting August 2026. It will no longer be pre-installed or supported. Admins should use Microsoft Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, or Microsoft 365 Admin Agent instead.

Starting in August 2026 the Admin app will no longer be pre-pinned or pre-installed in Teams for new very small business admins. Admins will still be able to access the application if it is installed in Teams.  Starting in October 2026 the Admin app will no longer be supported or available to customers in Teams, Outlook, or Microsoft365.com.[Required Action / Recommendations:]Admins can continue to use Microsoft Admin Center and Teams Admin Center to manage their Teams environments. Admins can also use the Microsoft 365 Admin Agent to assist them with administrative tasks
