To provide a more intelligent and context-aware meeting preparation experience, users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license can instead use Copilot meeting preparation experiences that summarize relevant content, tasks, and context available to the user. [Rollout Schedule:] Worldwide, GCC, GCC High: Retirement begins mid-August 2026; expected to complete by early September 2026. [Impact on Your Organization:] Who is affected: Users who currently use Meeting Insights. Organizations with Meeting Insights enabled. Microsoft 365 Copilot licensed users who will use the replacement experience.
