MC1384419 - Improved PDF preview in Outlook for iOS

Outlook for iOS will enhance PDF preview by supporting Microsoft Information Protection-labeled PDFs and adding a controls toolbar for zoom, navigation, and search. The update rolls out from July to September 2026, is enabled by default, requires no admin action, and maintains existing workflows.

This change adds support for Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)–labeled PDFs and introduces a built-in controls toolbar to improve navigation and search when viewing PDF attachments.This message is associated with Roadmap ID 564970.
