MC1338811 - Microsoft 365 admin center: Retirement of “Add Note” option in support tickets

The "Add Note" option in Microsoft 365 admin center support tickets will be retired by mid-July 2026. Communication will continue via email and phone. No action is required, but admins should use supported channels for updates and update internal documentation if needed. Ticket creation and resolution remain unchanged.
