Microsoft Teams meeting organizers can delete meeting-generated content—recordings, transcripts, AI summaries, and notes—from the recap page starting May 2026. Shared files remain unaffected. Deleted content is permanent. The feature is enabled by default and requires no admin setup. Organizations should update policies and inform users accordingly.
